Another Haul So Soon?

YES YES YES, A thousand times YES!! haha

Here's what I got a couple of days ago.

Aren't the glitters Amazing? I cant wait to try out the creamy light blue.

These are all from Korean Brands except the kitty cats which are random street side polishes. I would love to say Faceit? but I'm not entirely sure. All I know is they've got korean letterings on them.

What do you think of these polishes?

A Very Good Day

Yesterday was a veeeerry good day. I was invited to a beauty event at my sports club. I went shopping. I saw Spiderman (which I've been excitedly waiting for for almost a year now) with my best friend. I cant decide who I want more Andrew Garfield or Emma Stone!! I browsed through Andrew's pics on Pinterest before I went to bed in hopes of him making an appearance in my dream but alas.. it didnt take. :(
No worries. I will try again tonight for sure! I'll even watch video clips on youtube. Wish me luck! xx

I've been a member at Phillip Wain which is an all womens Sports and Beauty centre since I was 11 years old and my dear ol' mummy is a lifetime member. My mom goes there to do yoga and I go there for the swedish massages. They always have these little fun events for the members to attend. This one was a Summer event. They served coconut sorbet topped with peanuts and gave out straw beach hats. What I loved most was that the area they had the event in was in serious sunlight. Have a look.
Thats my mummy getting her nails done for free. They had a bunch of nail art designs for us to choose from. HEAVEN!
Here's the one I chose

veeeery pretty! and I repeat FREE! :D :D :D

They also had an artist painting portraits of us and mum and I each got one.

What do you think? Was the artist able to capture our likeness onto paper?? I personally dont see it at all! well, maybe except the hair for mine but she even got my mum's hair wrong haha but I shouldnt complain since its FREE again :-* and its preeettttyyy. I could never draw that in a million years!

Here's some more pics from the event.

And this is where I waited for my polish to dry.
Beautiful, isnt it? I love this sports club and I dont dream of going anywhere else. They're on the Penthouse so they've got the best view and I love views. The other branch has a more epic view of the center of the city with hundreds of skyscrapers in messy messy formation, just how I like it.  Maybe I'll get you guys a pic soon.

All in all, a very good day. I'm sort of glad I'm unemployed, so I can attend events like this! Dont tell mum I said that. :-X

To Do with Online Shopping

A bad case of the online shopping madness

I miss online shopping soooo bad. TwT

I did a year of postgraduate studies in London and it's funny how quickly one gets used to these things. When I first arrived, a lecturer told me to buy a rare book online but I refused to, worrying that my credit card numbers will now be running around the world wide web doing god knows what. The credit card looked really shiny and sharp and I imagined he would always be up to no good if I gave him the chance. (I had just arrived and had not yet acquired a debit card or a UK bank account) I had to sit out that particular lecture because I had no idea what the hell they were talking about. I didnt have the book.

That night, I was so pissed at myself I decided to just buy all the 48 novels required in the course on Amazon and 3 days later.... my life was changed forever.

In my year in London I have evolved, I suppose, from buyer to seller. I used to buy damanged clothing from camden market and petticoat lane for a quid or two and fixed them up sell them for a large profit. I also went to outlets around the country and got some higher end accesories and bags. Primark is another good way to make money since there isnt a Primark in every town and even at a slightly increased price, the items were still considered very cheap. The refund system also means you could get your money back for any item you were unable to sell within 1 month. I also sold anything that I could grab during the sales. I made so much money that I got shut down temporarily until I could verify to the government that I was really a person and not a company and I had to send in all my papers before I could resume selling. Now, that was something worth braggin about to your friends! The Royal Mail and I had a year long love affair that still breaks my heart.

I have been back in Thailand for 9 months now and sometimes when I cant sleep at night I browse ebay amazon asos and such sites which only made me more sleepless. The truth of the matter is the postal system in Thailand is shit. I've got things that I sent from the UK to my sister lost in the mail, things with tracking numbers no less. Letters opened and read and shoved back into the envelope and taped up, letters to overseas friends that never arrived, and one mac lipstick that melted into cream. There is also no safe payment system such as paypal and everytime you buy something you had to go to the bank and transfer money into the seller's account. If the goods are damaged or missing then no dispute or refunds can be made.

This morning I was looking through topshop's website and was sooo tempted to order a couple of blushes but I didnt because a good friend of mine bought something from asos 4 months ago and it still hasnt arrived.

Oh, online shopping, you have made my year abroad away from my friends and pets more bearable for me and for that I thank you. But now that I know what a good postal system is like I cant help but get angry everytime something's come up about the mail here in Thailand. I know its not the end of the world but I'd be lying if I said I could do without. I do hope one day me and ebay can be reunited again. I would lick it head to toe with excitement! Until then, I'll try not to dwell too much on this and go offline shopping for some super cheap clothes at local markets and wholesale malls. That's one thing Britain hasnt got that pleases me to no end. :)

HAUL!! a first official post

I have so many things to write about I'm having a tough time deciding where to start! Yesterday I had dinner plans with a friend but alas he was late due to the heavy storm so.... I popped into my local Nail Art Supply Store. *giddy laughs* Yes, I am very proud to say I have one 15 minutes from my place!

Being a nail enthusiaist, there was no way I was gonna leave empty handed. Far from it! Here is my haul in its entirety: 6 nail foil stickers, 2 polishes. 1 base/top coat, and a dotting tool.

Let me start of with the polishes. They are from the Revlon Top Speed line which are fast dry nail polishes. a must for me since I am the most impatient person ever so I'm drawn to things like nail stickers konads and fast dry polishes. The colors were not too interesting but the pigmentation and finish is as good as the regular revlon polishes so who am I to complain? I do have a couple (maybe 4?) from this line and they are second to none when it comes to dry time. I got number 610 Lily (the purple) and number 405 Peachy (the coral). I couldnt decide which color to use first since I was soo excited about the both of them that I did this:
done with konad plate m79 and konad white special polish topped with the topcoat I just bought which is the Revlon double twist. This was a bittersweet purchase for me because, although I always love buying any nail-related merchandise, I already had this one but left it at my office before I quit my job 2 weeks ago. But this does goes to show how much i love the product and repurchase requires little contemplation.
Then i added the dots with a dotting tool.

Nail foil stickers are not my favorite things just because I've gone through many brands and they never last more than 3 days before they start chipping and peeling. Well these ones are the exception and at only 55 THB (1 quid) a pop as well! I actually had a set on for 7 days peeled them off and transfered them onto my friend's nails and they still worked! That is nothing short of a miracle. I'll probably do another post on how to apply them properly if you've never come across these things. and look how cute the patterns are! I just try to choose elaborate looking ones that I know for sure I cant do freehand or stamped. You know, value for money and all that. Multicolor is best.

Well, I was so preoccupied with the choices at the store that I actually missed several of my friend's call to tell me that he had arrived... ordered... and started eating...

When I got there he asked why girls are so crazy about nail things and I said I had a craving for green tea ice cream...

Hello World.

Let it be documented that one not-so-sleepy night this blog was born. I have been thinking about doing a blog for the longest time just because I do enjoy reading other people's blogs and love love love to look at the pretty pictures of beauty products this and that. To be honest I am not quite sure of what by blog is going to be about, but i suspect it would be in the realm of nail art and nail polishes which are my TRUE LOVE.

Well, I am from Thailand and my name would be impossible for you guys to pronounce. Or would you like to give it a go? <Plyor Wongsuchat> There. Even Thai people cant pronounce that name sometimes! So, from now on let me be called Miss Bunny for you future readers out there. Miss Chubby Bunny if you want to be specific.

Before I can find a better picture, this will have to do.
Quite posh, is it not? haha

Although it may seem so judging from the photo, I am not rich. But what I am is very pleased to meet you.
